Our Story
Cultural foods connect people to their roots. At Pardess Kosher Farm, connecting people to their heritage is our passion. That’s why in 2019 we opened a Kosher Market to the local community of Dutchess County NY, offering fresh homemade challah and a range of hard-to-find cultural Jewish foods. Of course, we offered lox.
At first we carried some of the major brands available. But after meeting a local fish smoker who introduced us to the process of producing high quality smoked salmon, we knew it was time to make our own.
In this package you will taste a perfectly smoked salmon that was handmade with the highest quality fish, the purest of sea salts and precise smoking time.
Every slice is hand selected before packaging so you can be sure you are getting quality in every bite.
